8:30 am - 7:00 pm Wed.

A psychosocial rehabilitative program which specializes in community integration, where its goal is to assist mental health clients with achieving their optimal level of functioning while leading successful productive lives in their community.

Their services are for clients with serious and persistent mental illness. They do accept major insurances, as well as Medicare and Medicaid, and there is staff available to discuss payment plans for clients and their families.
