- Help preventing health problems for all ages
- Shots (immunizations) for children and adults
- Flu shots
- Womens health tests and care
- Cholesterol, blood pressure, and diabetes tests
- Help managing diabetes, high blood pressure, etc.
- Same day appointments / Next day appointments
- Urgent care for high fevers, cuts, broken bones, and other minor problems
- Prenatal (OB)
- HIV/STD tests
- Birth control
- Physicals (Yearly check-ups, Mission, Sports, Head Start, Immigration, Pre-school, DOT)*
- Health education at the clinic and in the community
- Behavioral Health Services
- Care Management
- Access to discounted or free medication
*Not all services available in all locations
Health West provides a Sliding Fee Program, which means that fees will be charged to patients based on their income and family size.

These numbers above represent 100% of the Federal Poverty Rate. In order to get reduced or free services from some clinics, they use a sliding fee scale based on your income.When they use a sliding fee scale, the 100% rate can be different than 100%. In those cases, using for example a 200% federal poverty level, you will only need double the 100% number listed above to 200%.
