We serve as the primary, out-patient medical home for tens of thousands of people in the South Plains and Texas Panhandle region, including many who are uninsured or underinsured.
 
Our integrated network model affords patients convenient and affordable access to high quality health and medical services that includes women's health, immunizations, well-child services, geriatric and adult chronic disease prevention, treatment and management.

1st, 3rd, 4th Mon-Wed 8:30am-7pm
3rd & 4th Thurs 8:30am-7pm
2nd Mon-Thurs 8:3am-6pm
2nd Sat 8:30am-12:30pm
Closed 1st Thurs and from 12:30pm-1pm each day
