Hillcrest Family Services is a non-profit organization that assists adults and children in need of help.
Every day, Hillcrest builds confidence in hundreds of people and families.
Offer FREE HIV and HEP C testing and also offer Reproductive Health based on patients income, which most of the time is below the 100% poverty guidelines, so services are free.
If client is an Iowa resident, American Citizen and is below 300% of the poverty guidelines, they can sign them up for a waiver and they can receive reproductive health at the clinic free of charge.
Income based care for Reproductive Health Care (family planning, Std testing, Annual Visit, Birth Control Methods, HPV vaccine and others).
If you are Iowa Resident, American Citizen and is below 300% of government poverty guidelines, you qualify for the state Family Planning Program, which is an aid to ensure your Reproductive Health Care costs are met with no cost

Hillcrest Family Services enhances the lives of children, families and adults in need by teaching skills and providing information and resources. We advocate on their behalf and work collaboratively with local communities to provide a range of quality and innovative services. We share a historical relationship in our service to others with the United Methodist Church and the Presbyterian Church (USA).

In order to get reduced or free services from some clinics, they use a sliding fee scale based on your income.When they use a sliding fee scale, the 100% rate can be different than 100%. In those cases, using for example a 200% federal poverty level, you will only need double the 100% number listed above to 200%.
