CommonGood Medical is a free primary care health clinic serving as the medical home for low-income, uninsured, Collin County (TX) residents, ages 13 and up.

Once qualified, patients pay nothing, but are asked to consider a donation of $20 to help the next patient through the door.

Appointments are required for services other than enrollment.

New Patient Enrollment is on Mondays from 10:00am to 12:00pm and 2:00pm to 4:00pm; no appointment is necessary.

You can check their eligibility requirements online and if qualified, can complete the Enrollment Application online or have access to download and print the forms. 

Once the application is completed, patients must bring all required documentation to an Enrollment Day to finish the enrollment process.

  *All referrals to Specialists that partner with us are only for established patients.  Appointments are limited and often have a wait list.

Clinic Hours:

• Mondays through Fridays from 8:30am to 5:00pm (Closed from 12:00pm to 1:00pm for lunch)
• 3rd Saturday of Each Month from 10:00am to 3:00pm
