Services are available to all regardless of race, sexual orientation, religion or income. They do not have any residency restrictions. Anyone who does not have insurance or has a high deductible plan and cannot afford co-pays is welcome to call for an appointment.

If you need to see a specialist, they provide you with a referral
If a lab or x-ray is ordered, Mercy Medical Center and Unity Point will assess your ability to pay for services
If a medication is prescribed His Hands will cover one month of that medication.

For Households with more than 8 persons, add $4,480 for each additional person.

In order to get reduced or free services from some clinics, they use a sliding fee scale based on your income.When they use a sliding fee scale, the 100% rate can be different than 100%. In those cases, using for example a 200% federal poverty level, you will only need double the 100% number listed above to 200%.
