Free clinic for non-emergency, non-surgical care.
The clinic actually has NO sliding fee scale, they require people NOT to be on Medicaid, although they issue waivers for that requirement, the idea is they serve lower middle wage earners throughout the 19 Noncoastal Western states.

10:00AM-10:00PM x 7 days a week, including weekends and holidays, by appointment only.
