The Rexburg Free Clinic strengthens individuals and families in the community bypromoting health and wellness through providing free, high-quality primary care, andmedical services to an underserved population in Rexburg, Idaho.
Services include:
- Massage Therapy, Monday 3:00 pm - 5:00 pm
- Routine Acute Care, Wednesday 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm
- Mental Health Services, Thursday 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm
- Primary Health Care, Friday 1:00 pm - 4:00pm
- STD Testing Friday (Hours and day vary)

In order to get reduced or free services from some clinics, they use a sliding fee scale based on your income.When they use a sliding fee scale, the 100% rate can be different than 100%. In those cases, using for example a 200% federal poverty level, you will only need double the 100% number listed above to 200%.
