We strive to fulfill this mission regardless of socioeconomic status, health insurance status, financial situation, race, religion, national origin, age, gender or sexual orientation. Our team of dedicated healthcare professionals work everyday to provide our patients with quality affordable preventive health.
Community Family Clinic, a service of Community Council of Idaho, has opened its doors in an effort to assist Idaho migrant and seasonal farm workers, their families and the entire community. The center accepts patients who do not have insurance and have difficulties paying the high price of healthcare.
Services included at this center are: Complete Family Health Care, Colds, Flu, Sinus Infections, Annual Physical Exams, Women's Health Care, Preventative Health Care, Well Child Exams, Immunizations, Mental Health Services, including individual, couple and family therapy for children, adolescents and adults.
All of the center's services are available in Spanish and English.

In order to get reduced or free services from some clinics, they use a sliding fee scale based on your income.When they use a sliding fee scale, the 100% rate can be different than 100%. In those cases, using for example a 200% federal poverty level, you will only need double the 100% number listed above to 200%.
