Beloved Community Family Wellness Center (BCFWC) is a not-for-profit Federally Qualified Health Center committed to providing comprehensive, accessible, timely, and affordable primary health care, preventive education, and social service programs available to the Greater Englewood and surrounding communities. Everyone deserves access to quality health care and social service programs. All services should be available without regard to ability to pay, race, ethnicity, age, gender, health status, education, and religion or sex orientation. BCFWC is truly a part of the Greater Englewood community, and is committed to making good health a right to all.

In order to get reduced or free services from some clinics, they use a sliding fee scale based on your income.When they use a sliding fee scale, the 100% rate can be different than 100%. In those cases, using for example a 200% federal poverty level, you will only need double the 100% number listed above to 200%.
