LCHCs Eye Clinic provides comprehensive eye exams for current patients both adults and children.

LCHC accepts select Medicaid, Medicare, and private commercial and Affordable Care Act (ObamaCare) insurance plans.

Patients who do not qualify for these programs can receive a visit using their sliding scale, which is based on income and family size.

Hours:  Mon - Fri 8:30am - 4:00pm
