Qualifications: Any adult (age 18 and older) who lacks health insurance (uninsured) or affordable access to healthcare (under-insured).
Free clinic for people who are uninsured or underinsured. Avicenna is 0pen on Sundays from 1-4pm. Avicenna is operated by volunteer team comprising of healthcare providers, healthcare professionals students and community members.

Avicenna does not provide emergency care, dental services, mental health, cancer, HIV, STD testing, children's health, or immunizations.
If Avicenna cannot provide you with what you need Avicenna will help you find where you can go.
Avicenna expects patients to do their best to arrive on time to your scheduled appointment and to call and cancel your appointment as soon as you realize you cannot make it. Avicenna also requires that you treat other patients and staff with dignity and respect.

These numbers above represent 100% of the Federal Poverty Rate. In order to get reduced or free services from some clinics, they use a sliding fee scale based on your income.When they use a sliding fee scale, the 100% rate can be different than 100%. In those cases, using for example a 200% federal poverty level, you will only need double the 100% number listed above to 200%.
