Services:
Food Bags: CCO's food bag program has helped to feed the hungry in Uptown for over 20 years. Attendees are able to shop through hundreds of food items and choose what they need. On average 200 food bags are distributed weekly.
Free Store: The Free Store allows our shelter residents and low-income neighbors to shop for essential clothing and household items.
Dinner Guest Program: CCO's Dinner Guest Program serves a free nutritious
meal to 100-150 of our low-income neighbors every Saturday.

In order to get reduced or free services from some clinics, they use a sliding fee scale based on your income.When they use a sliding fee scale, the 100% rate can be different than 100%. In those cases, using for example a 200% federal poverty level, you will only need double the 100% number listed above to 200%.
