Cost:
Medicaid, Medicaid HMO, Medicare and most major health plans are accepted to cover the costs of medical care. A sliding fee scale based on ability to pay is available for uninsured patients. Any payment that is required for your visit is due at the time of your appointment, however, patients without the ability to pay will not be denied services.
