A&C Health provides family medicine, pediatric care, and internal medicine on an income based sliding fee scale and will not refuse care for inability to pay. We provide physical and behavioral health in the same location and pride ourselves on easy access to great providers.

We are happy to accept patients of all ages.

Our Family Medicine clinics are open Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm. We accept our last walk in patient of the day at 4:30pm.
