A&C Health provides family medicine, pediatric care, and internal medicine on an income based sliding fee scale and will not refuse care for inability to pay.

They accept patients of all ages.

Their Family Medicine clinics are open Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm. They accept the last walk in patient of the day at 4:30pm.
