Free Medical and dental care.
Eligibility:
Residents of Montgomery County, Indiana;
Household income at or below 300% of the Federal Income Guidelines (see household sizes below);
Do not have health insurance, Medicaid/HIP 2.0, or Medicare
Registration hours:
Wednesdays 2:00pm - 5:00pm and Thursdays 9:00am - 12:00pm
Monday and Thursday 9am -11:00am; 1 - 4:00pm
Clinic Hours:
Wednesdays 2:00pm-6:00 pm
Thursday 9:00-1:00 pm
Occasional appointment availability on a Monday or Friday from 9:00am - 12:00pm
Dental hours:
Dental days and hours vary.
Dental Clinic is now seeing patients by appointment.
All Dental Patients must meet same Eligibility Guidelines as the Clinic.
