The Inglewood Medical & Substance Abuse Services Clinic, part of American Health Services, offers medical and substance abuse treatment services.

They accept Medicare, MediCal, commercial insurances, and have a sliding scale discount plan.

Walk-in patients are welcome.

Services provided include:

  • Medical Services - Primary Care & General Practice, Gastroenterology
  • Substance Abuse Treatment Services - Narcotics Replacement Therapy, Suboxone

Medical Hours:

  • Monday - Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm

Counseling Hours:

  • Monday - Friday 6:00am to 2:30pm

Dosing Hours:

  • Monday - Friday 6:00am to 1:30pm
  • Weekends & Holidays 8:30am to 9:30am

In order to get reduced or free services from some clinics, they use a sliding fee scale based on your income.When they use a sliding fee scale, the 100% rate can be different than 100%. In those cases, using for example a 200% federal poverty level, you will only need double the 100% number listed above to 200%.
