*Alaska and Hawaii have different rates for HUD federal poverty guidelines.
These numbers above represent 100% of the Federal Poverty Rate. In order to get reduced or free services from some clinics, they use a sliding fee scale based on your income.When they use a sliding fee scale, the 100% rate can be different than 100%. In those cases, using for example a 200% federal poverty level, you will only need double the 100% number listed above to 200%.

The Mission Statement of this clinic. I found to be true. They seemed to be very caring and helpful during my time as a low income patient, with no insurance. I was required to pay for services, off premises. That I was assured I would not have to pay. Even when I brought the bills in, I was assured, they would be taken care of. Some however did not. And 4 year's later, I am still paying on. After I reached retirement age. And was required to have Medicare. They continued to provide my care. However the type of care I received, seemed different. I am not sure why. Perhaps because I no longer was considered poor. Or perhaps it was age discrimination. I thank this organization for the help they provide to and for the under privileged in my community.
