Mission Lexington offers free dental services to working adults with no insurance. Individuals need to have incomes that place them below the federal poverty level to qualify for services at the clinic. In order to get reduced or free services from some clinics, they use a sliding fee scale based on your income.When they use a sliding fee scale, the 100% rate can be different than 100%. In those cases, using for example a 200% federal poverty level, you will only need double the 100% number listed above to 200%.

    I have a tooth that is killing me I do not have insurance and cant afford a root canal I dont know how it get this fixed. I am in pain cant sleep hurts eat, in tears daily. I just lost medical card bc I had worked some OT and I reported it. Typically OT is not available so I am sure I will get it back soon but for now I am in pain and root canal is not covered even when I get it back
