St. Luke Free Clinic serves residents of Christian, Trigg, and Todd Counties who are working but uninsured.

Persons must make less than 200% of federal poverty level to become a patient.

You will need to bring your social security or tax ID number, a picture ID, and last year’s federal tax form. 

Services offered include:

• Well patient checkups
• Sick patient visits
• Help in obtaining some medications
• Help with diabetic testing supplies
• Laboratory services
• Referrals when needed
