LCHCs only Immediate Care Clinic where patients can be seen for minor injuries, illnesses, and infections when their care team is unavailable.

LCHC accepts select Medicaid, Medicare, and private commercial and Affordable Care Act (ObamaCare) insurance plans.

Patients who do not qualify for these programs can receive a visit using their sliding scale, which is based on income and family size.

Hours:  Mon - Fri 8:00a - 8:00p
