We serve as the primary, out-patient medical home for tens of thousands of people in the South Plains and Texas Panhandle region, including many who are uninsured or underinsured.
Our integrated network model affords patients convenient and affordable access to high quality health and medical services that includes women's health, immunizations, well-child services, geriatric and adult chronic disease prevention, treatment and management.

In order to get reduced or free services from some clinics, they use a sliding fee scale based on your income.When they use a sliding fee scale, the 100% rate can be different than 100%. In those cases, using for example a 200% federal poverty level, you will only need double the 100% number listed above to 200%.

Lost a baby last year almost died due to a fibroid. Have issues with blood count. Having issues with my fibroid and i just moved to littlefield with my deceased baby's father. I just need to be seen to make sure my fibroid isn't trying to rupture or what is causing me to be sick and have severe abdominal pain.
