Services: Health Partners volunteers help in providing primary healthcare for uninsured adults of Charles County and Maryland Medicaid recipients with chronic or acute illnesses including, but not limited to, treatment of:
    Chronic or Acute Illnesses
    Diabetes
    High blood pressure
    High cholesterol
    Colds and flu
    Asthma
    Pain and minor injuries
    General Physicals


Pediatric Dental Clinic:

Our dental clinic provides free pediatric dental care and limited adult dental services for uninsured and underinsured families in Charles County, Maryland.
Services Include:
    Oral Exams
    Cleanings
    Sealants
    Extractions
    Restorations
    X-rays


Women's Wellness:
Our program assists women in Charles County who cannot afford regular prevention, diagnosis, or treatment appointments.
Program Includes:

    Clinical Breast Exams
    Screening and Diagnostic Mammograms
    Referral Services
    Breast Cancer Education
    Assistance Enrolling in other Breast Cancer Programs
    Cervical Cancer Screenings

Eligibility Requirements:

    are ages 18 and over
    are residents of Charles County
    have no health insurance
    have insurance that will not cover the cost of a mammogram
    have insurance but cannot afford the co-pay deductible
