Fridays 10am - 12 noon
Saturdays 10am - 4pm.

The Dr. Albert B. Cleage, Sr. Memorial Health Center (ABCMHC) is a FREE CLINIC, originally sponsored by The Shrines of the Black Madonna of the Pan-African Orthodox Christian Church.  ABCMHC is now a completely independent non-profit 501(c)3 agency.  We have no geographical limitations.  ABCMHC welcomes all uninsured patients (18-64 years of age) and has no geographical service limitations.  ABCMHC offers the following services FREE OF CHARGE:

Doctor Visits - By Appointment Only

Psychologist - By Appointment Only

Prescription Assistance Program

Free Health Screening Program: Every Thursday 10:00-2:00, every other Saturday 10:00-4:00 (call first on Saturdays)

    B/P (Blood Pressure & Hypertension)
    DM (Diabetes)
    Chol (High Cholesterol-minimal fee)
    BMI (Body Mass Index - Overweight/Obesity)
