HIS is a non-profit, faith based health center in the Burton Heights area of Grand Rapids. Our mission is to reflect the spirit of Christ by providing compassionate accessible healthcare. We provide medical, dental, optical and spiritual care including counseling. Our staff is multi-cultural with particular capability in Spanish and English. We provide service on a sliding scale for the uninsured and under insured.

We accept Healthy MI and some Medicaid plans through Meridian, Priority Health, Wellnet of Kent County and Delta Dental.

The hours are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm and Wednesday, Friday: 9:00 am - 12 noon. Please phone (616) 475-8446 to make an appointment for enrollment.
