Free Clinic provides intake, triage, physician consultations, referrals to specialists and tests, and health education.

Qualifications:

18-65 years of age and not qualify for any other insurance.

There is no charge for services, including specialty care and tests by referral.

The Free Clinic also has an on-site pharmacy.

Prescribed medications are provided at no charge.

Free Clinic Appointment Policy

The Free Clinic does not accept walk-ins.

Patients are seen by appointment only.

You must call by phone to make an appointment.

Clinic appointment times are as follows:


Tuesday: 1:00-2:30 p.m., 5:00-6:30 p.m.
Wednesday: 1:00-2:30 p.m.


You must call on Tuesday morning between 9:00- 11:00 a.m. for a Tuesday afternoon/evening or Wednesday afternoon appointment.
Friday: 9:00-11:00 a.m.
You must call on Thursday morning between 9:00- 11:00 a.m. for a Friday morning appointment.

You must call for an appointment for a prescription refill during one of the times listed above, and you must have refills left on your prescription.

You must bring/have proof of income, such as a pay stub, W-2, or tax return form.
You must have a social security number.
You must be a Genesee County resident. You must not have any form of health insurance.
