Hope House Free Medical Clinic is a nonprofit, faith based, volunteer staffed organization offering a limited variety of services to those who qualify.

Services:

• General and basic medical evaluation and management of health conditions


• Screening for selected health conditions


• Limited referral for specialty care


• Certain prescriptions and help accessing pharmaceutical assistance programs


• Limited assistance obtaining recommended diagnostic tests


• Basic needs assessment and referrals to community resources


• Pastoral and spiritual counseling and education for interested persons
