Our staff work as a team to ensure each patient receives the best care possible in an individually tailored, convenient and compassionate manner.
We believe that everyone is entitled to affordable health care, whether you are insured or not. For those without insurance OPHS provides a sliding fee discount program based on household income and family size. This assures quality health care is available for everyone!
We pride ourselves on the diversity of our staff and patients! By staying focused on recognizing, understanding, respecting, and responding to unique ethnic and cultural convictions we hope to create a lifelong trusting relationship with our patients, their families and our community.
Since this is a sliding fee scale clinic, we have provided the Federal Poverty Guidelines below. Visit the Oakland Primary Health Service website listed above to see what the level is needed for free care.
