Our group of physicians and mid-level practitioners work as a team to provide you focused care specializing in Primary care, Prevention and Disease Management ensuring that you will receive the most comprehensive care on each and every visit.

Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. If extended hours are needed, these can be scheduled upon request.

This Health Center is based on Sliding scale fees which are variable prices for products, services, or taxes based on a customer's ability to pay. Such fees are thereby reduced for those who have lower incomes, or alternatively, less money to spare after their personal expenses, regardless of income
