You may qualify for services at this health center if you or someone in your household has been employed in agriculture during the past 24 months. Retired and disabled farmworkers also qualify at this health center.
This health center offers the following FREE services to all patients: Health Assessments, Health & Nutrition Education, Bilingual Health Education Materials, Interpreters, Primary healthcare services, case management, dental, lab, pharmacy, and domestic violence/sexual assault advocacy.
This health center offers an income-based sliding fee scale for charges. This health center also accepts private health insurance plans, Medicaid, and Medicare; and now accepts Texas Medicaid.
Qualifying patients at this health center will be eligible for vouchers that offer limited benefits for medical, lab/x-ray, dental and pharmacy referrals; there is a co-payment for each voucher issued. Any balance owed to providers of services after payment is made, is the responsibility of the family who received the services at this health center.

In order to get reduced or free services from some clinics, they use a sliding fee scale based on your income.When they use a sliding fee scale, the 100% rate can be different than 100%.
