You may qualify for services at this center if you or someone in your household has been employed in agriculture during the past 24 months. Retired and disabled farmworkers also qualify at this center.
This center offers the following FREE services to all patients: Health Assessments, Health & Nutrition Education, Bilingual Health Education Materials, Interpreters, Primary healthcare services, case management, dental, lab, pharmacy, domestic violence/sexual assault advocacy.
This center offers an income-based sliding fee scale for charges. This center also accepts private health insurance plans, Medicaid, and Medicare; and now accepts Texas Medicaid.
Qualifying patients at this center will be eligible for vouchers that offer limited benefits for medical, lab/x-ray, dental and pharmacy referrals; there is a co-payment for each voucher issued. Any balance owed to providers of services after payment is made, is the responsibility of the family who received the services at this center.
