This clinic provide a variety of health and wellness services to people who are homeless. It operates at 8 different shelters and drop-in centers in Minneapolis, to address health concerns, provide treatment including medications, coordinate health care services, provide health education and coordinate access to health and social services in the community.
Any homeless adult or child is eligible. This includes those living outside or on the street, in shelter or transitional housing, with friends or relatives or who have been homeless within the past year.
