Community Clinic limited to patients ages 4 - 17 years old.

The Community Care Clinic is a primary care clinic supported by the Phelps County Health Department, Phelps County Regional Medical Center, the Area Health Education Center and volunteer nurses and physicians in the community. The clinic seeks to increase access to primary care and improve the health status of qualified residents through the provision of appropriate and affordable health care services.
