All Community Health Centers of Central Missouri accept patients regardless of payer. We also serve patients with and without insurance. We accept most insurance and will either file claims for you or help with the completion of claims when needed. Uninsured and underinsured patients are asked to complete a Sliding Fee Application prior to service. The sliding fee application will help determine the cost for service based on household size and income.

In order to get reduced or free services from some clinics, they use a sliding fee scale based on your income.When they use a sliding fee scale, the 100% rate can be different than 100%. In those cases, using for example a 200% federal poverty level, you will only need double the 100% number listed above to 200%.
