Registration: Daily during office hours.
Interviews for clinic cards: Monday through Wednesday: 9:30am to 2:30pm.
Tuesday, interviews by appointment only.
NO interviews on Thursday and Friday.

To Qualify
Persons who qualify for Medical Care or Medical Assistance:
Have needs that are not being met by other care givers.
Can not have Medicaid, Medicare or any other medical insurance.
Have household income that falls below 125% of the federal poverty guidelines.
Proof of income and pre registration are required except in emergency situations.

In order to get reduced or free services from some clinics, they use a sliding fee scale based on your income.When they use a sliding fee scale, the 100% rate can be different than 100%. In those cases, using for example a 200% federal poverty level, you will only need double the 100% number listed above to 200%.
