RHCC has seven conveniently located health centers in Columbus, Robeson, Scotland and Montgomery Counties. Each of the family practice centers is staffed by physicians, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, and licensed family nurses who work together to diagnose, treat, and medically manage acute, episodic, and chronic conditions.
Patient care is available by appointment. Walk-ins are also welcome. We accept and file all insurance including Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Medicaid-Carolina Access, Medicare, Health Choice, and other insurance. Applications are available for a sliding fee scale. Our Billing Department and Eligibility Specialist are available for client assistance

In order to get reduced or free services from some clinics, they use a sliding fee scale based on your income.When they use a sliding fee scale, the 100% rate can be different than 100%. In those cases, using for example a 200% federal poverty level, you will only need double the 100% number listed above to 200%.
