Clinic hours: Thursdays, 5:30-8:30 pm

Care is provided free of cost to persons who have no insurance and do not qualify for Medicaid or Medicare. The availability of services at any given time depends on the corresponding availability of medical volunteers, resources, equipment and funding.
Free medical care for patients who meet certain qualifications, including residing or working in Buffalo or Kearney counties; not having private medical insurance, Medicaid or Medicare; and having an income at or under 200 percent of the federal poverty level. It's the first free clinic in Kearney.

Anticipated Services: outpatient primary medical care, preventive medical services, noncritical acute care, and behavioral health services.
Reproductive health services will not be offered at the clinic

For Households with more than 8 persons, add $4,480 for each additional person.
*Alaska and Hawaii have different rates for HUD federal poverty guidelines.
These numbers above represent 100% of the Federal Poverty Rate. In order to get reduced or free services from some clinics, they use a sliding fee scale based on your income.When they use a sliding fee scale, the 100% rate can be different than 100%. In those cases, using for example a 200% federal poverty level, you will only need double the 100% number listed above to 200%.

I am weak after just a few minutes of yard/house work even just walking a few blocks I'm beat, have real bad lower back pain from just under my rib cage that goes from sides to back. Tired when I wake up in the morning, vision seems blurry, pain behind eyes sometimes.

My son just came from California and his teeth has issues he has been diagnosed with mental issues and has not brushed his teeth.. he complains about a hole.. I believe as his mother that he has infection..

I work part-time don't have enough money to go to doctor I've been with this for about 6 months and it's just getting worse I have no insurance I just got a job and I'm trying to get my disability because of my PTSD my anxiety and my sciatica I fall a lot because of my sciatic nerve and I hit my head a lot
