El Centro Family Health is a 501 (c) (3) private non for profit organization providing affordable, accessible, quality health care to rural northern New Mexico.
El Centro provides health care to nearly 20,000 individuals each year in over 80,000 medical and dental visits. We have 16 medical clinics, including 3 school-based health centers and 3 dental clinics.
At El Centro Family health, we accept all payor sources including private insurance, Medicaid, Medicare, VA and low income discounted services. In order to get reduced or free services from some clinics, they use a sliding fee scale based on your income.When they use a sliding fee scale, the 100% rate can be different than 100%. In those cases, using for example a 200% federal poverty level, you will only need double the 100% number listed above to 200%.
