North Country Family Health Center accepts Medicaid and Medicare and offers a sliding fee scale for patients with or without insurance whose family income is at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines.

In those cases, using for example a 200% federal poverty level, you will only need double the 100% number listed above to 200%.
