In those cases, using for example a 200% federal poverty level, you will only need double the 100% number listed above to 200%.

There is absolutely no communication between members of the staff. It took 4 months to schedule an appointment to get teeth cleaned. It then took another month to get an appointment to have teeth pulled (I don't think they needed to be pulled) and a follow up a week later for impressions. I went in for impressions and I was told 2 things. One, I can't have impressions taken as you are to wait 6 weeks after having teeth pulled. Two, I had a cavity that they were going to fill. They never told me that I would need to wait 6 weeks to have impressions made and never told me I had a cavity that needed filled (even though they had seen me twice for a cleaning and another appointment for a tooth extraction). Not a single person there actually shares information with the patient. If you value your teeth, see ANYBODY except this place.
