While we treat all people regardless of their ability to pay, and services are provided on a sliding fee scale to the uninsured, we also welcome those on Medicaid, Medicare or private insurance. Patients without insurance are offered a sliding fee scale and are expected to pay their portion of the bill. Community Health Alliance offers the most flexible payment plans available anywhere, and will work with any patient in need of a friendly repayment schedule. We also accept the medical care credit cards.
CHA is a non profit federally qualified health center formed in July 2012 through the merger of Health Access Washoe County (HAWC) and Saint Marys Mission Outreach programs. CHA is the largest provider of primary medical and dental services to low-income patients in northern Nevada, and serves many patients without insurance.
