Just moved back to Oklahoma from Tennessee. I don't have miney for my meds

I had no income & currently do not have any income

Serve Sleep problems I used to take meds. for

Having severe pain in left side and back

feeling super sic and ear is throbbing, i feel dizzy

I would also like a wellness check, as it has been many years since I’ve been seen by A regular PCP

I was involved in a car accident 04/26/2016 and am still going through that but cant get medical treatment for any length of time

I can no longer afford to go to my family doctor.

I have never been able to schedule any appointment at this clinic because I have never been there before & they have always told me there is a 6 month wait at the time for new patient appointments

I have been taking cold and flu medicine for a week now and cannot get rid of my cough.

I have attempted to use it several times but can never get an appointment, therefore my opinion of it is extremely low
