CHHC is a non-profit, community-directed health care center providing high quality, affordable care to our community.
We accept Sooner Care, Medicare, Private Insurance and Private pay patients. Fees are based on income and family size.
Our facility provides Dental, Internal Medicine, Family Practice, Womens Health, Pediatrics, Preventative Medicine, Chronic Disease management services to the uninsured and underinsured of the community with fees based on a sliding scale fee according to the patients income. No patient in urgent need of care is turned away due to inability to pay.
