South Central Medical and Resource Center is a Community Health Center with the primary goal of providing health care services to the medically underserved populations living in Garvin, McClain and Grady counties. They offer general medical care and behavioral health services to adults and children. They also provide referrals for preventive dental care.
South Central Medical & Resource Center is committed to providing affordable health care of the highest possible quality to patients in their service area.
They receive 330 grant funding from HRSA which allows them provide medical services to individuals on a sliding fee discount schedule based on an ability to pay. A patient's sliding fee discount is determined based on the patient's income. Proof of income is required to be brought to the facility at time of the first appointment and annually, thereafter.
Additionally, they accept all private insurance including Medicare, Medicaid, SoonerCare, and others. Anyone can utilize the services of South Central Medical & Resource Center.
