We welcome CareOregon, Family Care, OHP (Open Card), Healthy Kids, Lifewise, Moda Health and PacificSource members, and offer a sliding fee scale based on income and family size for patients with no health insurance.

Hours for Medical Appointments
Mondays: 8-6:30pm
Tuesdays: 8-6:30pm
Wednesdays: 8-6:30pm
Thursdays: 8-6:30pm
Fridays: 8-5:00pm

Visits by appointment only. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to appointment

Services:
Basic urgent care including respiratory infections, bladder infections, ear infections, fevers, skin rashes and simple foot problems
Diabetes, high blood pressure, asthma and other chronic conditions
Women's health
Well child visits/immunizations
Behavioral health
Chiropractic care is offered weekly
