This clinic is a place where children, families and other adults in the community can come for medical care. They treat people of all ages, the Benton Health Center staff consists of Physicians, a Pediatrician, Family Nurse Practitioners, and Women's Health Nurse Practitioners along with medical support staff.
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Wednesday: 11 a.m. – 7 p.m.
Patients will be seen with or without health insurance. They offer a sliding fee schedule based on gross monthly income. Clients with insurance, insurance companies can be billed. You can receive assistance with the application process if you qualify for Oregon Health Plan (OHP), FHIAP, or FPEP.

In order to get reduced or free services from some clinics, they use a sliding fee scale based on your income.When they use a sliding fee scale, the 100% rate can be different than 100%. In those cases, using for example a 200% federal poverty level, you will only need double the 100% number listed above to 200%.
