Old Town Clinic Health Care services include:
- Primary care/routine health screenings.
- Managing chronic health conditions.
- Treatment for injuries.
- Minor medical procedures.
- Mental health counseling and medication or referral to a specialist if you need more support.
- Addiction/substance use treatment, including medication-supported recovery with Suboxone (buprenorphine).
- Consultation with a pharmacist about your prescriptions.
- On-site medication refills.
- Hepatitis C treatment.
- Acupuncture.
- Consumer drug take-back (open to CCC patients as well as the general public).

- 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Wednesday
They accept Oregon Health Plan, Medicare, self-pay and some private insurance.
They dont turn anyone away for lack of insurance or inability to pay.
