Provide free medical and dental care for uninsured low-income adults and children in the central Bucks County community.
Provide information about other community resources and help the uninsured apply for healthcare coverage.
Medical services are provided at our main clinic located in Doylestown Hospital, and at satellite locations in Warminster and Ottsville.
Who is Eligible
A patient must live within our service area, be uninsured, and their household income must be within 250% of the Federal Poverty Level. Patients are screened thoroughly for eligibility at least annually and must apply for government programs, such as Medicaid, Medicare and CHIP when requested.
You must include proof of:
Residency within the clinic service area
(Bucks County for Medical/Social Services, Central Bucks Community only for Dental Services)
Before-tax household income within 250% of the Federal Poverty Level
We want to help eligible patients enroll in the free or low-cost medication programs offered by the pharmaceutical companies. Our assistance in helping consumers understand and prepare electronic and paper applications to establish eligibility and enroll in health care insurance coverage through the Affordable Care Act is available on a limited basis.
Referrals are also made to other community organizations who can help, such as for legal services, domestic violence, drug and alcohol and mental health services.
Adults and children are enrolled in free or low-cost health insurance, such as CHIP and Medicaid.eligibility appointments are required for all clinical visits.
For Medical Services:
Eligibility is reviewed every twelve months or when the patient's circumstances change. Every effort is made to assist patients in finding the best and most affordable alternatives for their healthcare, including free or low-cost health insurance.
For Dental Services:
Dental services are provided by appointment only and clinics are set up according to the availability of volunteer dentists and hygienists.

We provide free medical care, dental care and social services to low-income, uninsured members of our community. Our clinic is made possible by volunteer physicians, dentists, nurses and support staff; by Doylestown Hospital, which contributes facilities, and other support services; and by generous donations from the community.

In order to get reduced or free services from some clinics, they use a sliding fee scale based on your income.When they use a sliding fee scale, the 100% rate can be different than 100%. In those cases, using for example a 200% federal poverty level, you will only need double the 100% number listed above to 200%.
