Health Connection provides reproductive health services.
These include: physical examinations; birth control methods (also known as contraceptive methods); pregnancy testing, education/counseling; screening for other health problems; as well as sexually transmitted infection testing.
Fees: If your income is below 100% of the federal poverty guidelines, your services will be free. If your income falls between 101% and 250% of the federal poverty guidelines, the fees will be according to an approved sliding fee scale. If your income exceeds 250% of the federal poverty guidelines, your services will be full cost.
Walk-ins are welcome and late clinics are available by appointment.

For Households with more than 8 persons, add $4,480 for each additional person.

In order to get reduced or free services from some clinics, they use a sliding fee scale based on your income.When they use a sliding fee scale, the 100% rate can be different than 100%. In those cases, using for example a 200% federal poverty level, you will only need double the 100% number listed above to 200%.
